ENVIRONMENT
At Highlander we are continually working to not only be more energy efficient, but also to reduce our impact on the environment. The company is commited to recycling and waste management, investing in energy-efficient technologies (for example we offer courses and tests online) and reducing travel by using home-working, onsite delivery and other online solutions such as electronic invoicing and payment.
OUR STAFF
Highlander has an equal opportunities policy and does not discriminate against age, race or gender. We operate a distributed working policy allowing staff to work remotely where practical and have an ongoing investment in the continual training of our employees.
OUR CUSTOMERS
Highlander offers all our courses live online, to ensure that our customers can minimise their travel when training. We continually monitor the market to ensure that our prices remain competitive and work hard to offer value for money to all our clients. Courses can also be delivered face to face at client offices to minimise impact on customers
SUPPLY CHAIN
Highlander works with a number of third-party organisations, and continually monitors performance to ensure standards are kept at the high level our clients expect and deserve.

At Highlander we recognise that slavery and human trafficking is a real yet hidden issue in our society. We will not tolerate slavery and human trafficking in our business or supply chain. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that any form of slavery is not taking place in our own business or supply chains.

Highlander has a zero tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption. Highlander staff and others working on our behalf must not offer, promise or give a bribe to anyone, and must not request, agree to accept, or take a bribe from anyone.
